Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you cover?
I am based in Bristol and happily travel throughout the UK for weddings. I am also available for destination weddings abroad. If you're planning a wedding outside of Bristol, please get in touch and I'd be delighted to discuss your plans.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included for venues within a 30-mile radius of my home address. For locations beyond this distance, travel will be charged at 55p per mile.
How does the booking process work?
Once you submit an enquiry form, I will respond within 24 hours to confirm my availability for your wedding date. If you'd like to chat beforehand, I would be more than happy to arrange a call to discuss your plans and answer any questions.
If you decide to proceed with your booking, I will send over a contract and invoice for a 25% booking fee to secure your date. The remaining balance is then due six weeks before your wedding day.
How many videos and photos will we receive?
The amount of content you receive will depend on the package you choose. My focus is primarily on capturing video content, although I also take photos throughout the day. If you would prefer video-only coverage, this can also be arranged.
For full-day coverage, couples typically receive around 500 pieces of content, including both photos and videos.
When will we receive our content?
Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. However, all raw content is delivered within 24–48 hours of your wedding day via a Dropbox folder, allowing you to relive and share those special moments almost immediately.
Any edited reels included within your package will be delivered within a few days to one week after your wedding.
Do you work alongside the photographer?
Absolutely. While there may be occasions where I work closely with your photographer to capture specific moments, our roles are very different.
As a content creator, I focus on capturing behind-the-scenes footage, candid moments, and the atmosphere of the day from a unique perspective, complementing the photographer's work rather than duplicating it.
What is the difference between a content creator and a videographer?
A wedding content creator and a videographer provide two very different services.
My role is to capture the authentic, behind-the-scenes moments of your day using a more relaxed and candid approach. This includes the little details, spontaneous interactions, and real-time memories that are perfect for sharing with family, friends, and social media.
A videographer, on the other hand, typically creates a professionally edited cinematic film of your wedding day, often with a stronger storytelling focus and delivered in a more traditional format.
Many couples choose both services as they complement each other beautifully.
Do you offer any discount?
Yes. I am pleased to offer a 10% discount to NHS and Blue Light Card holders as a thank you for their service.
Please mention this when enquiring or booking, and the discount will be applied to your package.
